How soon will my order ship?
Upon receipt of cleared payment, we typically ship out orders within 1-2 business days.

How do I track my order?
All orders will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Orders paid through Google Checkout will receive a shipment notification from Google Checkout. Orders paid through PayPal will receive an e-mail from 'info@redherringbone.com' sent to the PayPal-registered e-mail address.

Please contact us using the "ask seller a question" link on the product page of the item you are interested in and let us know the ship-to country. We will respond to you with shipping rate(s) and also update the website to include your country.

Our preferred payment method is Google Checkout. We also accept PayPal payments.

What shipping method will you use to ship my order?
Shipping method depends on the item(s) purchased - please read the item's description. Our primary shipping method for DVDs is USPS Priority Mail; we DO NOT use Media Mail to ship DVDs. Some DVDs listed as having FREE SHIPPING (US and CANADA only) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Some heavier DVD boxsets and other items may ship via UPS or FedEx – again, check the specific item's description. We can ship via UPS or FedEx by request if arranged prior to purchase - please contact us for a UPS or FedEx shipping quote. (Shipping method for multiple-item orders will be assessed and determined on a per-order basis).

What do you mean by "genuine" poster?
By "genuine" we mean they are actual promotional merchandise obtained from the movie studio(s). We DO NOT reproduce them in any way.

Why are some of your prices listed on Google Shopping different from what's shown when I click on the product link to your website?
Our prices change often enough that the prices listed on Google Shopping may not be up-to-date. The item price and the shipping cost are clearly stated on each product page of our website - those are the amounts upon which you should base your decision to purchase.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns ONLY on DVDs that are defective. Please contact us and describe the problem within 14 days of receiving the item. In most cases we will e-mail you a return shipping label, and we would expect the entire product to be sent back packaged in the same careful manner in which it was sent. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on our stock at hand. We DO NOT accept returns for the following: Scratch-N-Dent items, non-DVD items, RARE DVD editions (these are indicated as "RARE" in the item description).

What does it mean if an item says it is "ON HOLD"?
If you see an "ON HOLD" icon next to an item, it means that we are out of stock of that item (the "ON HOLD" icon appears in place of the "BUY NOW" button). For DVD Exclusives and Posters this usually means we are sold out and cannot get any more, but feel free to inquire in case we can.

But wait, it seems that every single one of your items are "ON HOLD"... what is going on?
If you happen to notice that ALL of our stock says "ON HOLD": this just means the website is in "vacation mode". We are probably performing maintenance or are really on vacation, so all purchasing activity becomes temporarily disabled. If this is the case our homepage www.redherringbone.com will have info for when the website is expected to resume.
